Content Automation Specialist (B2B, AI)
About this role
Text is an AI-powered customer service automation software. We need an AI content marketer who can explain customer support using clear, credible stories that drive the pipeline. You’ll own our B2B content engine end-to-end using AI to move faster without sacrificing quality.
What you’ll do
Use AI tools for generating content at scale; no manual writing beyond necessary edits.
Own the content strategy for our ICPs and key use cases across the full funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion → expansion).
Run the editorial calendar: briefs, outlines, drafts, edits, publishing, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Generate high-authority content: thought leadership, research reports, customer stories, and product pages.
SEO/GEO, distribution, and visibility: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, schema, and syndication across site, LLMs, LinkedIn, communities, and partners.
Personalize and scale with automation: collaborate on ABM plays, segmentation, and lifecycle nurtures; orchestrate content across marketing automation and CRM.
Measure and improve: define content KPIs, build dashboards, and lead monthly performance reviews; test headlines, offers, formats, and CTAs.
Cross-functional partner: work with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure message-market fit and tight narrative consistency.
Governance: maintain our style guide, AI-use policy, fact-checking and citation standards, and review workflows.
What good looks like (first 90 days)
Publish a content strategy and scorecard tied to pipeline objectives.
Ship a repeatable content production process (brief → draft → review → publish → refresh) based on AI automations.
Launch a flagship asset (e.g., industry report or deep customer story) and 3–5 derivative pieces.
Improve organic visibility on 5–10 priority keywords and stand up dashboards for traffic, conversion, and influenced pipeline.
Required experience
4–8 years in B2B content marketing for tech/SaaS, owning strategy, production, measurement.
Portfolio showing clear, original writing on technical topics (AI/automation a strong plus) and assets that drove measurable results.
Hands-on SEO (research, on-page, briefs, internal linking, schema) and comfort interpreting GA4/Search Console data.
Proven use of AI in content workflows (prompting, drafting, repurposing, QA) with strong editorial judgment and reliability (results in LLMs would be an advantage).
Experience partnering with PMM/Sales/Support on campaigns, launches, and enablement.
Skills and traits we value
Storytelling, clarity, and editorial rigor; you can translate jargon into value.
Strategic thinker who can prioritize themes, ICP pain points, and offers.
Data-curious: you build hypotheses, test them, and iterate.
Bias to ship; organized and deadline-reliable.
High bar for accuracy, sourcing, and brand voice.
