Mgroup is a Shopify Select Partner. We have worked exclusively on Shopify since 2016, building, migrating and supporting stores for merchants in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and across the EU.

Most of our projects fall into three types. Replatforming moving stores off Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce onto Shopify without losing traffic or order history. Custom development B2B and wholesale setups, subscription flows, product finders, ERP and payment integrations. And ongoing support for stores that are already live, from theme work to conversion improvements.

Customer communication is part of almost every one of those projects. A store going live needs live chat that matches the theme rather than sitting on top of it, a helpdesk that routes tickets sensibly, and a knowledge base the merchant's own team can maintain without calling a developer. We install and configure these tools, connect them to the store's data, and stay available when something breaks in launch week.

Our merchants work in fashion, sports and outdoor equipment, furniture and homeware, supplements and food and drink. Clients work with our team directly.
