Senior Account Development Manager (ADM) - Existing Clients

As a Senior Account Development Manager at Text, Inc., you will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding relationships with our existing customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring clients continue to maximize the value of our solutions while optimizing their plans to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect and engage with our existing client base of approximately 40,000 customers to identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and optimization opportunities.

  • Identify and qualify opportunities to move customers to higher-tier plans or multi-year contracts.

  • Educate customers on the value of our solutions, helping them discover new use cases and tailored offerings.

  • Experiment with different sales approaches to refine strategies and improve success rates, working in a data-driven manner.

  • Work closely with AE and CSM teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers transitioning to upgraded plans and expanded solutions.

  • Bring energy and curiosity to every interaction, positioning yourself as a trusted resource for customers looking to get the most out of our offerings.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role requires someone who can quickly adapt and contribute.   • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. You should be comfortable engaging with international clients in a professional business setting

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with decision makers at various levels

  • High level of autonomy and ownership in managing a large book of customers

  • Ability to design and execute multi-step sales strategies tailored to customers across various industries

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and the ability to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline
