Once you’ve created an account for your client in the Partner app, log in to their product dashboard to customize and set it up. You'll find guided onboarding resources in your account, and our team is always available 24/7 to help you or your clients directly.
Log in to the Partner app, go to the Solution tab and select “partner directory” to create your profile. There, clearly describe your expertise, services offered, and add compelling case studies and testimonials. A complete and optimized profile increases your visibility to thousands of Text customers. Note that to get access to that part you need to be a Solution partner.
Your Solution program tier determines your commission rate, discount percentage, partner directory exposure, and additional partner benefits. You advance through tiers by growing your client base and actively engaging with Text products. Learn more about Solution program benefits.
After joining the Text Solution Program, you can create and manage client accounts easily from your Partner app. Simply log in, go to the Solution section of the dashboard, click “Create new license,” and follow the instructions to set up your client's account. As a Text Solution partner, the Partner app is your central hub for managing these accounts. Find more information about setting up accounts in our Help Center.
It depends on who manages the billing:
If your client pays directly, you'll earn a recurring commission.
If you handle payments on behalf of clients, you’ll get exclusive discounts. You can easily select your preferred billing model during account creation in the Partner app.
You can pick who pays for the license during account creation via Partner app. Learn more about deciding creating a new account for your clients from our help center.
As soon as you get accepted to the Solution program, you can get a demo account. There are a couple of ways you can do that. You can request it:
- During an onboarding session (if you just joined the Solution program),
- Straight from the Sales & Training section of the Partner app.
