Product Websites Manager

About us

At Text, our product websites reach 2.5M+ monthly users across multiple domains — Text, LiveChat, HelpDesk, and ChatBot. In this role, you'll own the full portfolio: setting strategy, shipping improvements, and leading a cross-functional team to optimize how users discover, understand, and activate across our products.

The Product Websites team sits within our Go-to-Market department and works closely with teams across marketing, sales, customer success, growth, brand, and product activation. This means making tactical decisions that move metrics today while building toward our longer-term vision as we consolidate around Text as our flagship product.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who gets SaaS growth: you know how SEO compounds, how CRO boosts growth, how to instrument and interpret user behavior, and how to turn data into roadmap decisions. You'll lead, but you'll also do — because at our scale and pace, strategy and execution aren't separate functions.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product website portfolio across 4+ domains: strategy, roadmap, performance, and where we're headed next.

  • Lead the Product Websites team: content creators, a web designer, an SEO manager, and web engineers.

  • Define priorities that ladder up to business outcomes, not just traffic, but engagement. conversion and activation.

  • Drive major initiatives, including the upcoming text.com rebrand and a GTM strategy refresh.

  • Ship end-to-end: from initial concept through launch to measurable impact.

  • Optimize the full user journey: page structure, messaging, UX flows, conversion paths, and treat websites as a core acquisition and activation channel.

  • Balance the portfolio: keep existing properties healthy while supporting the shift toward Text as our primary product.

  • Partner with other GTM teams and Product teams to align on shared goals and ship cross-functional work.

  • Build scalable processes for research, content production, SEO, and development that work at our pace and scale.

  • Own analytics and reporting: turn data into decisions.

You're a strong match if you:

  • Have senior-level experience managing product/marketing websites at a SaaS company.

  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you're comfortable setting direction and getting into the details when it matters.

  • Have led cross-functional teams and know how to prioritize, protect focus, and say no in high-input environments.

  • Understand organic growth channels deeply: SEO/GEO, content strategy, site architecture, not just paid acquisition.

  • Are comfortable managing complex portfolios, not just a single website or product line.

  • Are pragmatic and data-informed, able to make trade-offs when the path isn't clear.

  • Can translate business goals into executable plans with measurable outcomes.

  • Thrive in fast-moving GTM environments where strategy evolves.

Hard skills & experience:

  • Strong background in SEO and organic growth for SaaS products.

  • Experience managing high-traffic websites with the complexity of multiple acquisition channels.

  • Solid understanding of UX, conversion optimization, and activation flows.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Tableau, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, or similar.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like Statamic, WordPress, design tools like Figma, and project management tools like Jira.

  • Experience with content automation: building programmatic pages, automating workflows, and scaling content production.

  • Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

  • Strong sense for messaging, storytelling, and working with brand guidelines and visual design.

  • Know how to define and track metrics that matter, not just vanity numbers.

  • Experience working with engineers, designers, and content teams to ship collaboratively.

What you'll own and measure:

Your primary focus will be on driving high-quality trial sign-ups and qualified leads from the website portfolio. You'll track supporting metrics like high-intent traffic, conversion rates across key pages, engagement patterns, and organic search performance (including AI visibility). You'll also run qualitative research to understand user behavior and inform where to prioritize next.
