Sales reports help you understand how chats contribute to revenue. They display the number of orders placed, their total value, and the time it took customers to complete a purchase after initiating a chat.

There are two sales reports available:

  • All Sales

  • AI agent Sales

Both reports share the same structure, filters, and breakdowns, but differ in the inclusion of specific chats and agents.

If you don’t see the All Sales or AI agent Sales report, check that your ecommerce integration is properly configured. If you’re using Shopify, see the guide on connecting the website widget.

All Sales report

The All Sales report displays the number and value of sales made during a chat or within 30 days after a chat, regardless of whether the conversation was handled by a human agent or an AI agent.

What data is included

  • Sales made during a chat or up to 30 days after a chat

  • Order data is synced once per day

  • Order values are displayed in the selected currency

  • Currency conversions use exchange rates from the given day

Filters

You can narrow down the report using the following filters:

  • Date - Select the time period you want to analyze.

  • Currency - Choose the currency in which order values are displayed. Available currencies depend on the orders from the selected time period.

  • Sale timing

    • During chat

    • After chat

  • Team - View sales associated with specific teams.

Breakdown

The report can be broken down by day, showing the following metrics:

  • Total value — The combined value of all orders

  • Total orders — The number of orders placed

  • Average time to order — The average time it took for customers to place an order after starting a chat

Top orders

Below the chart, you’ll find a list of top orders, with the following columns:

  • Order ID

  • Order value - The order value is calculated in the selected currency. Any other currency is converted using exchange rates from the given day.

  • Time to order - The time between when the chat started and when the order was placed.

  • Action - Quick access to order-related actions.

AI agent Sales report

The AI agent Sales report focuses specifically on sales generated by AI agents. It shows the number and value of sales made within 30 days after a chat handled by an AI agent.

What data is included

  • Sales attributed to AI agent conversations

  • Orders placed during a chat or up to 30 days after a chat

  • Order data is synced once per day

  • Order values are displayed in the selected currency

  • Currency conversions use exchange rates from the given day

Filters

The same filters are available as in the All Sales report:

  • Date - Select the reporting period.

  • Currency - Choose the currency for displaying order values. Available currencies depend on orders from the selected period.

  • Sale timing

    • During chat

    • After chat

  • Team - Filter results by team.

Breakdown

The breakdown is shown by day, with the following metrics:

  • Total value

  • Total orders

  • Average time to order

These metrics help you understand how effectively AI agents contribute to sales and how quickly customers convert after interacting with them.

Top orders

The Top orders section includes:

  • Order ID

  • Order value - Displayed in the selected currency, with conversions based on the exchange rate from the given day.

  • Time to order - The time between chat start and order placement.

  • Action - Access relevant order actions.

When to use each report

  • Use All Sales to get a complete overview of how chats (human and AI) drive revenue.

  • Utilize AI agent Sales to assess the direct sales impact of your AI agents and refine their performance.
