What is the Partner Program?
The Partner Program is Text, Inc.’s initiative designated for individuals and businesses who want to promote, sell, or build solutions around our Services. Our Services include cloud-based software for real-time customer communication, automated conversational interfaces, ticketing and help desk management, and knowledge-sharing systems - along with all related features, integrations, updates, and support. By joining the Partner Program, you gain access to dedicated tools, resources, and support to help you succeed in working with us.
Who can join the Partner Program?
The program is open to:
Affiliates: individuals or organizations who promote our Services and earn commission through referrals.
Solution Partners: verified companies and entrepreneurs who actively implement and manage Services for their clients.
Is there an agreement I need to sign to become a Solution Partner?
No formal contract is required to join the Partner Program. By registering, you agree to the:
And, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
If necessary, we can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Joining the Partner Program is completely free of charge.
What is the potential earning opportunity?
Partners can earn recurring revenue starting at 20%.
Earnings depend on whether you act as an Affiliate or a Solution Partner, and whether you choose referrals or reselling.
What is an Affiliate?
Affiliates promote Text, Inc.’s Services by sharing referral links through websites, blogs, email campaigns, or other marketing channels.
You earn commission when your referred leads convert into paying clients.
Your affiliate link contains a tracking cookie valid for 120 days. This means that if someone clicks on your link with your unique Partner ID and creates a subscription within those 120 days, and later becomes a paying client, you’ll receive credit for the referral.
You may also participate in AdWords keyword bidding except for commonly used terms or, as long as it does not infringe on trademarks or restricted terms (see Partner Program Terms).
What is a Solution Partner?
Solution Partners are verified companies or entrepreneurs who go beyond referrals. They:
Create and manage subscriptions directly for their clients,
Provide implementation and onboarding support,
Offer training to client teams,
Optionally manage subscriptions, billing, and payments on behalf of their clients.
How do I become a Solution Partner and start offering Services through the Solution Partner model?
To get started,
Register at partners.livechat.com and complete the Solution Partner application.
Once verified, you can choose between two engagement models:
Reseller model: purchase Services at a discount, set your own pricing for clients, and manage billing.
Referral model: refer clients who subscribe at the standard Service price; you earn commission on each successful referral.

All approved Partners gain access to:
