The organization Owner can transfer ownership to another user directly in Text App. This is useful if you want someone else to take over managing the account, billing, or overall administrative responsibilities for your organization.
Steps
As the current Owner, go to your Profile Settings and scroll down to the Change Owner section.
From there, click on Change organization Owner and select a user from the list.
Once the new Owner is assigned, they will immediately gain full control of the organization, and the previous Owner's account will automatically be switched to the Admin role.
