Partner app enhancements

We’ve enhanced the Partner app to give you better visibility and control over your clients’ environments. You can now see exactly how your clients are using Text APIs directly within the app, providing you with clear, data-driven insights into adoption and usage.
This makes it easier to proactively support your clients, identify optimization opportunities, and have more informed conversations around expansion or future needs.
Additionally, you can now suspend and unsuspend agents directly from the Partner app. This change gives you more autonomy in managing live environments, helps you resolve issues faster, and reduces the need to rely on external support, allowing you to provide quicker and more responsive service to your customers.
Solution partner badge

We’re also introducing a new Solution partner badge that you can download and use across your website and marketing materials. This badge makes it immediately clear to prospects that you are an official Text partner, reinforcing trust and highlighting your expertise.
It’s a simple but powerful way to stand out and build confidence early in the buying journey.
Service-focused landing pages

Finally, we’ve introduced new service-focused landing pages built around high-intent outsourcing providers lists, such as the best call center, back office support, chat support, customer service, data entry, help desk, sales, technical support, virtual assistant services, and business processes.
Partners who claim their profile in the partner directory can now be featured on these pages.
This provides you with added visibility in front of prospects actively searching for solutions, helps build credibility through association with curated content, and creates an additional inbound opportunity without requiring extra marketing effort on your part.

We’ve recently released a set of new customer-focused materials that you can easily use in your reviews, articles, or videos to strengthen your content and increase earning potential.
