The integration gives, both Text and ChatGPT users, direct, secure access to their Text data from within the ChatGPT interface. Authorized users can search and browse customer conversations, help desk tickets, archived live chats, transcripts, and tags. Ticket results include full metadata such as status, assignee, and timestamps. Users can also filter by conversation tags and ticket labels.
Search results are limited exclusively to data the given user already has access to in their Text workspace. The app operates in read-only mode. It does not allow creating, editing, sending, or deleting data in Text, which keeps customer data fully intact.

The integration also puts ChatGPT's core strength to work directly on Text data. Users can generate summaries of conversations and tickets. They can draft responses to customer messages. They can also analyze trends across conversations and tickets, without switching between tools.
