What's new
The minimized widget now shows AI-generated questions written specifically for the page a visitor is on. For example, on a pricing page, a visitor might see "What's included in the Team plan?". Tapping a suggested question starts the conversation immediately. No need to open the widget first.
The hardest question is the first one
Visitors can now see what they can ask before they open anything. That's what turns a passive widget into something people actually engage with, even if they weren't planning to use it.
Built for the page they are on
On desktop, questions expand automatically above the widget. If a visitor dismisses them, they remain accessible from the minimized input and reappear when the visitor clicks into it. On mobile, the same animation introduces the questions. After that, they become available after focus.
