A new "All Channels" section in Settings gathers every channel Text supports: website widget, email, messaging apps. Each one shows its current setup status so you can see what's connected and what isn't, all in one view.

One menu, every channel

Settings used to open directly to the Website Widget section. That made sense in a world where the widget was the only channel most customers cared about. It hasn't been that world for a while.

The All Channels section replaces that default. Click into Settings and you see the full menu of what Text can connect to, with the status of each.

Missed channels are missed signals

Every channel you don't connect is a conversation you don't capture. For ecommerce and digital-first teams, missed channels mean missed buying signals. Email tickets, in particular, often carry high-intent questions about delivery, returns, or a stalled purchase. Surfacing them turns one of the biggest CS segments into something the team can actually act on.
