Customer emails now collect themselves

Now, every time a visitor shares their email in a newsletter sign-up or any other form on your site where Widget is present, it automatically shows up as a Suggested email on their profile in Text, even before they start a chat, giving you a fuller picture of the visitor and letting you tailor your service to them.

Nothing to set up — it's already there

A Suggested email shows up next to the visitor, in Customer List and in Customer Details. Filter by Suggested email in Customer List to see every visitor with one waiting, and accept it from Customer Details to add it to their profile.
