Describe what should happen and get an editable automation
Describe what should happen and Text turns it into a skill for a task on your team's task list. Review and edit every step, even after activation.
Now, Text turns a description of what should happen into a skill, an automation for any task on your team's task list. You can review and edit every step, even after activation.
From one description to a working skill
Tell Text what you need. For example, when a customer asks about a late order, the skill can:
- Get the order from Shopify
- Tell the customer the current shipping status and offer a discount code
- Tag the customer as sales
- Add a note in HubSpot
- Notify your support team in Slack
Text puts the skill together and suggests improvements along the way. Credentials, parameters, and changes to any step are handled in the same conversation.
Every step stays open to edit
The redesigned visual builder shows any skill in a simple, clear layout instead of branching trees, so you can see what will happen and adjust it at any time. That includes skills you've already activated.
One thing instead of two
Workflows and custom skills are now one thing called Skills. A skill can sit under your AI agent: you decide when AI Agent should trigger a skill, the agent picks the moment, and the skill follows the steps you've defined. It can also run on its own, started by an event or when someone hits run.
Built for the tools your team already uses
Skills can use integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, Slack, and OpenAI. If a tool isn't on the list, connect it with HTTP requests or webhooks.
