Stop rebuilding the same report every week
Reports can now be saved with their filters, so you can put two weeks side by side and trust the difference.
Now you can save a filtered report as a view, making the number you check every week just one click away in the navigation instead of applying five filters.
The whole filter set, not just the report
A view organizes the report by a daily or hourly breakdown, and any keywords or filters you apply. For instance, a chat satisfaction report focused on a specific team for one week and included one keyword with four options. You only need to make these selections once, rather than each time you access the data.
Because those selections stay fixed, this Monday's number and last Monday's measure the same thing, so any change in the number reflects a change in the result rather than in how you filtered it.
Each view gets its own line in the navigation
Saved views are located in the Reports navigation, with each view listed under the name you assigned. This name appears in the report's title, allowing you to immediately identify which slice you are viewing.
