
Exporting raw data lets you access much more detailed information about your chats, tickets, and teammate performance than standard reports do. This is especially useful if you want to build your own advanced analytics or reporting tools.
What you can export
With raw data reports, you can export information related to:
Chats
Tickets
Teammate performance (tickets)
These reports provide a comprehensive view of your team’s performance and interactions.
What’s included in the report
Each report contains a wide range of metrics and raw data, such as:
Chat or ticket ID
Customer rating
Agent name
Customer details
Date and time
Additional performance and interaction data
To explore the full range of available data, you can download a sample file. Simply go to the Send Report section and generate a test report.
Scheduling reports
You can schedule raw data reports to be generated automatically at your preferred intervals, such as:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Once scheduled, reports will be sent directly to your email.
Scheduled reports are generated in the UTC timezone.
One-time reports use the timezone set on your device.
All your scheduled reports will be available in the Recurring reports section.
Export limits
When exporting chat data, the report is limited to the most recent 100,000 records on your Text license.
If you have more than 100,000 chats, you will need to export the data in multiple parts.
How to export all chats
Use the Date range: Custom filter to select a range covering the first 100,000 chats.
Generate and download the report.
Repeat the process with a new date range to export the remaining chats.
