Now, the Sold section is visible in the navigation for every organization, so tracking the revenue your chats generate is one click away instead of something you have to know exists.

Visible before you connect anything

The Sold section is now available from the start, in the app navigation, and if you haven't connected a store yet, you'll see a new empty state that explains what the section does and walks you through three ways to get started:

• Connect an ecommerce platform — takes you straight to the add new website form

• Install Sales Tracker manually — links to documentation for setting it up yourself

• Invite a developer — hand the setup off through an invite flow

Built for any ecommerce setup

This works through the Sales Tracking API, so it's not limited to standard ecommerce platforms. If you run a custom store, you can track sales the same way Shopify and WooCommerce merchants already do.
