Browse available chat actions or start typing to search, then select one with your mouse or keyboard. 

A new hint in the empty message box reminds you of the / shortcut. Whether you’re just getting started with Inbox or use it every day, the menu helps you find the actions you need.

From quick replies to chat handoffs

Quick actions gives you access to:

• Message tools: add a form, attach a file, insert an emoji, or use a canned response.

• AI assistance: get reply suggestions, refine your text, or summarize chat.

• Chat management: transfer the chat or create a ticket from it.

Your tools stay where they are. Quick actions just give you another fast way to access them.
