Group Sales Report by team, teammate, or agent type

Sales Reports now has a Group by option, so you can break down your sales data by Teams, Teammates, or Agent Types.

A clearer view of your sales performance

Until now, Sales Reports showed your results in a single view. With Group by, you choose how the report is split, and the numbers reorganize around that choice. You get a clearer picture of how your team’s sales are performing, and you can see where results are coming from. This one came straight from a customer request.
Three ways to group:

• Teams: compare results across your teams.

• Teammates: see how each teammate is doing.

• Agent Types: compare results across agent types.

You can group by one dimension at a time. Switch between them to look at the same data from a different angle.

Group by applies to all the metrics in the report: Total value, Total orders, and Avg. time to order. Whichever number you’re tracking, you can split it by team, teammate, or agent type.

If you export the report, the export reflects the grouping you’ve chosen. What you share matches what you see on screen.
