Three API packages are now live in the Marketplace

Clients who want to build on Text — connecting it to a CRM, deploying bots, automating workflows — now have three packages to choose from, available directly in the Text Marketplace.

  • The Essential package covers 100,000 API requests per month. It's the right starting point for teams running their first integrations: a bot handling repetitive questions, chat data syncing automatically, or custom data flowing into the agent view.
  • The Pro package covers 500,000 requests per month, built for clients where Text sits at the center of how things operate — multiple bots, data syncs, and external channel connections all running at once.
  • The Pro+ package matches Pro on volume and adds a one-hour session with a Text API specialist. For clients making a serious build investment, that session at the right moment saves time and avoids costly rebuilds later.

All three keep integrations running if usage exceeds the limit. Nothing stops mid-month.

For solution partners, these packages give clients a clear, scoped way to start building on Text — and give you a natural expansion conversation once they're up and running.

Text is on the Shopify App Store

Text is now available directly on the Shopify App Store. Merchants can install it in minutes, no developer required.
